Lookie here! If you thought the shirt was cool you're going to be just as excited as I am by these gel filled PVC clutches from Christopher Kane. I can't seem to justify buying these full price, but stay out of my way when this collection goes on sale. Or I might have to cut you. Kidding, if I ever met anyone as excited as I am about these offerings I would probably become instant BFF's with them. Maybe then we could pool our funds and share clothes! Yay! Find these clutches on Net-a-porter, but don't buy them so there are some left for me, 'kay?

Gargoyles Are So Hot Right Now.
Sometimes a pieces of clothing gets me so fired up I feel like the more I speak/tweet/blog about it, there's a chance it will magically appear in my closet. Like The Secret for clothes. Right now I'm using the power of positive thinking towards this Harry Potter-esqe Carven sweater. I think I would feel very powerful with two snarling gargoyles resting on my shoulders. I love it paired with this flippy Mui Mui skirt and Church's brogues and the DKNY bag just ties the whole thing together. All these items can be found on Net-a-porter. But I warning you, this sweater comes with a hefty $1,130 price tag. Now, do you see why I need The Secret?

Let's Play Dress Up: NY Fashion Week.
Fashion week is coming up, the biggest sign being the moans and groans on Twitter and Facebook about how terribly busy everyone is. Cry me a river, I know. But it wouldn't be as much fun if we couldn't complain about it! I'm taking most of that week off this year, but here is outfit I would love to wear to Lincoln Center this September.
1. Acne silk top, 2. Theyskin's Theory blazer, 3. Carven skirt, 4. ILLESTEVA sunglasses, 5. Philip Lim tote, 6. Pierre Hardy shoes, 7. Marni cuff. All available on Net-a-Porter.com

Chopped and Cropped.
No matter what every September when I pack away my spring pieces and begin planning what I'll be wearing for fall I always say "I need more pants!". Okay maybe I yell it, I'm prone to exaggerations.
This year I'm enjoying a cropped pant with a cuff. I'll pair them with socks and heels, oh yes I will. Or maybe a loafer or boot.

Can I Get Married Again So I Can Wear These Shoes?

It's so unfair that happily married people only get to have one wedding! I know, I could renew my vows or whatever but when has that ever not been super lame? Well, if there was a way I could have another wedding without getting divorced or doing an icky vow renewal I would wear these Valentino shoes. Don't you feel so much better knowing this about me? I know I do for sharing it.
These beauties can be found on Net-a-porter for $1,250.

Style.com Launches Editor Picks with Shop Now

I love getting inside editors brains. To know what's on their wish list and what boots they can't live without this fall. It's especially satisfying when they're the same boots I've been coveting for myself. A nice little pat on my stylish back.
Style.com must understand this because they recently launched a new feature called "Shop Now" to their Trends and Shopping section. Each month a Style.com editor will act as your personal shopper by selecting the choicest pieces from Style's retail partners, i.e. advertisers. Yes, this is just a gratuitous thank you to those who spend big bucks on banners and pop ups for the site, but hey, this is how the publishing world works my friends and I may not have found this fabulous Stella McCartney dress from Net-a-Porter.com otherwise. Plus their clients are probably who you're shopping anyway. I know I certainly wouldn't mind them hanging up ads on The Tonnish!
